A look behind the scenes at how the Prototyping Board moves through each stage of engineering—from a simple thought to a finished physical product.

[Stage 1]The Initial Concept

Idea Ideation

It all begins with a problem to solve. I define what the board needs to do, map out the basic goals, and figure out the baseline requirements for the design.

[Stage 2]Deep Dive

Deep Research

Next, I study materials, analyze clearances, and look at similar mechanics. This step ensures that the idea is actually realistic and physically possible to build.

[Stage 3]Visual Planning

Initial Sketching

Putting pencil to paper. Rough hand drawings help visualize the overall size and shape, creating a fast spatial blueprint before moving to the computer.

[Stage 4]Digital Synthesis

CAD Modeling

I bring the sketches into a 3D digital workspace. This is where I build the highly accurate solid models, snap components together, and design the true assembly.

[Stage 5]Virtual Testing

Model Analysis

Before manufacturing, I test the digital design. Running simulation software checks for high stress areas and weak points so I can fix them instantly.

[Stage 6]Final Assembly

Prototype Making

The final step is bringing it to life. Files are sent to CNC machines or 3D printers to turn my digital layout into a solid, beautifully working physical board.
